    Crafted with "Akita Sake Komachi" rice polished to 50%, this sake uses "AKITA Yukiguni Yeast," characterized by its banana and melon-like aroma and flavor. You can enjoy it in any style you like: serve it ice-cold for a sharp, crisp finish, add ice cubes for a gentler taste, try it as a "Mizore-zake" (sake slushie), or mix it with strong carbonated water for a refreshing "Sake-Highball."
