    This Junmai-shu is brewed with "Menkoina" rice and the pride of our prefecture, "Akita-style Hana Kobo" (Flower Yeast). It offers a rich rice umami balanced with a crisp acidity, making it a brew you will never grow tired of. While it possesses the depth of an aged sake, it retains a fresh, breezy aroma and a full-bodied flavor that gracefully expands across the palate.
