Daiginjo Flying Pegasus Koshu

It was the ancient feudal Lord Satake who sipped this sake and pronounced it the best in all of Akita. Cased in a gorgeous golden gourd shaped flask, emulating the design of the bottles of feudal Japan, this sake is truly deserving of the name Hideyoshi. Made with a blend of two, five, and seven year aged sake, this Daiginjo is deep, complex, yet extremely smooth.
