For this premium plum liqueur, our staff meticulously hand-washes each green plum, patiently removing every speck of dust and fine fuzz. These carefully prepared plums are then steeped in "Hideyoshi" Junmai Genshu (undiluted pure rice sake). The result is a beautifully balanced plum liqueur with the perfect harmony of flavor and sweetness. It possesses a crystal-clear appearance combined with a remarkably mild and gentle mouthfeel.
