Daiginjo: Nakadare
1800ml / ¥12,100(tax incl.)
Crafted with premium "Yamada Nishiki" rice grown under contract in Hyogo Prefecture, this Daiginjo is the masterpiece of our master brewer and staff. During the pressing process, only the "Nakadori"—the middle fraction known for its superior quality and perfect balance—is carefully selected. This pristine sake is then aged for three years in its raw, unpasteurized state at low temperatures. Please savor the smooth harmony of aroma and flavor, along with the profound depth that only a long-aged namazake can offer.

Daiginjo: Temma Sora wo Kakeru
720ml / ¥11,000(tax incl.)
This masterpiece represents the pinnacle of aged Daiginjo, combining half a century of expertise in aging techniques with the sophisticated art of blending. By blending carefully selected Daiginjo vintages—primarily aged for three, five, and eight years—we have achieved a consistently superior quality that expresses the ultimate beauty of aged sake. The presentation is equally magnificent: the vessel is a golden gourd, inspired by the "Kin-hyotan" war banner of Toyotomi Hideyoshi. Adorned with authentic Kanazawa gold leaf and an illustration of two galloping horses, the experience of savoring this sake is truly like a "Pegasus soaring through the sky." It is an exquisite gift that will be cherished by any recipient.
